Our kitchen is built around plates to share, rice cooked for the table, and the cooking of Aragón. The bar and dining room are made for long evenings and good company.

Our story

From the banks of the Ebro to the heart of Houston.

Named for the Aragonese city where Roman, Moorish and Spanish cultures meet, Zaragoza is a gathering place built around small plates, wood-fired paella and long conversations over a glass of Rioja.
