The Restaurant

Friends sharing paella and tapas along a long wooden table

Our philosophy

A Spanish table, set in Houston.

We began with a simple idea: cook the food of Spain honestly, pour it generously, and serve it in a room that feels like a long dinner with friends.

Plates arrive to share. Conversation lingers. The night is meant to run late.

The kitchen

Fire, saffron and patience.

Our menu is the heart of the restaurant. Paellas are cooked to order over open flame, tapas follow the seasons, and we work with purveyors who care for their product as much as we do.

Expect the menu to change often — always rooted in tradition, never stuck in it.

The bar

Vermut, vino & sangría.

Our wine list favors quality over quantity — Riojas and Riberas beside small family producers and sherries from Jerez.

Behind the bar: vermouth on tap, house sangría, Spanish gin tonics and playful originals, from first round to last call.
